Lol I love this scene!  I doubt that you can really read the dialogue, so it's just what Mastermind said when he first saw Starflight 
god I haven't drawn human Dragonets in a while and it feels so good   I forgot how fun the wings were X3
and I draw Starflight with a sash because  I thought his original outfit was too boring
